This exclusive package is a 12-week programme for men and women that will go beyond the scope of regular personal training sessions, it is different to what other trainers offer in the region. I will be working closer with the client to bring about changes in the quickest possible time. This involves one-on-one exercise sessions in a luxury private gym in complete privacy with the sole use of a personal trainer.Body transformation training will appeal to the client who wants to change the most. I plan everything over the 12-week timetable; all that is required from the client is attendance to the training sessions and commitment to the nutrition programme. Every detail is taken into account, body composition testing, and nutrition & lifestyle questionnaires along with before and after photos if preferred. Once all the information about current health, fitness, nutrition & lifestyle is compiled, a blueprint can then be drafted to give priority objectives for the upcoming weeks. All the eating guidelines will be included as well as all the food supplements and post workout drinks needed. |
I'll be going one-step further inline with the most elite trainers in the industry and offering a supermarket visit to advise on food choices along with home visit's to consult in food groups and recipes along with cooking options, this will precede the 12-week exercise schedule. The three times a week exercise sessions will be intense but enjoyable and will be within the individual's capabilities. A review every four weeks will keep motivation high with a mindset talk. The exercise programme and lifestyle considerations will be revised to ensure progression is moving towards success. The monthly review will also record body composition and modify the diet accordingly where new recipes will be given. This is a package to transform everything related to health & fitness and the way you would like to look. The individual requires dedication, but the positive side is that constant support by the trainer is available throughout the course. |

This three-part course covers a vast range of nutrition advice needed to reach ideal body weight and manage it once it is achieved. Easy recipes to make life simple and keep you on track are also included. The course teaches you how to stretch for increased flexibility and improving postural issues, a series of back exercises will be taught that improves posture and helps prevent lower back pain, they are also excellent as a treatment to bad backs and poor posture. All the different kinds of stress that can be detrimental to health are covered as well as learning energising exercises that help increase vitality and lower stress levels in the body. |
All this is related to reducing body fat levels and building good health. There is loads of information in this course and it will give you the perfect platform for beginning any given goal no matter who you are or what your background is. You will come out of it with knowledge of knowing how to eat correctly and what type of exercise you should be doing that works for your body.
