Our progressive exercise programme is tailored specifically to meet your needs, encompassing the best training methods available.

This coaching model will help you with healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and the appropriate types of exercise. Requires a minimum of two 1-to-1-exercise sessions each week for 12 weeks.
